昨天一早起來A3刷了一遍,回村莊放著,然後出門買早餐~
回來後遠遠看到跳到選單畫面,也沒多想,應該是網路斷線吧~
吃完早餐後到電腦旁邊看,發現竟然是"你已在別台電腦登入此帳號"
再登一次出現:資訊錯誤!!
然後我收到帳號變更的EMail,
我一直以為被盜帳號鼎多就是密碼被改掉,裡面裝備跟錢被搬走~結果我連登入的Mail都被換了!!!
感覺就像家裡遭小偷,但這次連房子都被一起搬走的感覺~
然後想說趕快反應這件事情:
官網要回報帳號被盜,可是要先登入!要先登入!要先登入!要先登入!要先登入!
我連Mail都被改掉怎麼登入?????
打電話給客服,之前因IP問題打過一次,頂多就是等20.30個人,1.2小時之後還是會接通,
現在多了語音解答,聽完直接把你掛掉~
有沒有神人可以幫幫忙怎麼反應被盜帳號的事!!!???

因小弟是上班族,所以只有晚上下班時間可以玩Diablo,所以也只有晚上可以處理這件事情~
昨天跟Diablo戰友討論了一下,他之前因買戰網卡帳號區域設定錯誤,所以填過回報單~
所以打算填回報單看能不能把被盜的帳號要回來,
但果然像 blacktheblue 大說的,回報單系統有問題送不出去!!!!
晚上又打了2次客服,仍然轉語音,說完掛掉!目前無進度!!!
另外 疼愛自己 大提到何會被盜帳號~
我也來說說我的懷疑~
小弟Diablo的帳號只在自己的Notebook登入過,
頂多就是出差的時候會在飯店的網路登入,
被盜的前一天,因有事在要再外面跑一整天,又剛打到一個傳奇護婉,所以想在外面用手機看AH,
所以安裝了很多人推荐的APP "TexxVixxxx",
然後在外面用手機的3G連回家裡電腦,登入Diablo!
所以可能原因有二:
1.公用網路的確卻暗藏危機,但使用公用網路是9/2,被盜是9/11,
2.很多人推荐的APP "TexxVixxxx"或許不太安全~
注意喔，你只要登過台灣battlenet就沒辦法登入美國的，要重開機，我就是因為這樣所以一直在和台灣客服鬼打牆，下面是剛收到的客服回信
