暗黑3的發售時間和進度好像越來越明朗化了，除了之前的重要後期職位招聘信息外 （原文連接），暴雪今天又一次真正意義上的提到了關於暗黑破壞神3的發售時間消息，印像中已經很有沒有如此明確的對遊戲時間進行過表態了。Jay Wilson曾經在藍貼中表示，會在遊戲發售前的大概6個月時間內開始進行beta測試，以目前的情況看，測試很可能會在8月底左右開始，那麼此情況說明，暗黑3之前的半年或更長時間內，整體工作進度比預想的要快，或者說要更加順利。
玩家：你能澄清一下這裡邊談到的任意問題麼？[指玩家們在討論多人遊戲掉落與單人掉落的話題]
@Diablo：多人遊戲就跟暗黑2裡是一模一樣的，敵人更強大，而你也會有更好的機會得到更好的掉落。
玩家：暗黑3何時才能向公眾公開？我對市場上的其他網游煩透了..
@Diablo：我們依然打算年底前推出，不過正如一直以來[我們所做的那樣]，我們只會在我們認為它已經準備好了的時候才會發售。

Diablo 3 Beta coming "soon"
Every now and then I have people asking me about a potential ETA for the beta
of Diablo 3. This is a pretty hard question to answer but we can guess that
it will be available very soon.
1. Activision Earning Call - During the latest conference call, Activision
announced that the beta would start during Q3 2011, that's between July 1st
and September 30th.
2. Press Tour - A Diablo 3 press tour is scheduled for Diablo fansites on
August 1st, this is pretty much what happened with Cataclysm with the Press
Tour happening 2 weeks before the start of beta.
3. Box Art - Last but not least, the Diablo 3 beta box art has been uploaded
on the european battle.net last week, Blizzard seems to be getting ready for
a launch "soon" - (Thanks to Fisker for finding that one)
