我地址都填美國分公司的地址(簡而言之 假的)，信用卡的姓名直接填"中文姓名"!

We cannot support the method by which you are attempting to purchase a game for a region outside of your own. If the information is not valid, that in and of itself is breaking the Terms of Use for Battle.net and could result in an account closure.
If you or others who live in Taiwan and have the wrong information listed on your Battle.net account and want to avoid possible issues in the future that might result in an account closure, please contact our Taiwan support.

大致上的說法是，如果填的資料有問題的話，日後有關閉帳號的風險，但還是沒有很明確的回答這樣刷到底行不行就是了...

不過後面用了wrong information這個字眼
也就是意味著因為你用錯誤資料, 如果日後帳號有任何問題甚或是被關帳, 他們無法幫你處理
另外開頭是說他不支援這種方式(人在台灣卻申請美帳然後購買d3)
如果你住台灣故帳號用錯誤資料(這裡的錯誤指的是非符合真實情況), 且想避免日後可能有任何問題甚或最慘被關閉帳號, 請聯絡台灣客服
(話說連絡台灣客服然後能幹嘛呢? 居住國家幫你改回台灣變成台帳嗎?)
最後補充, 暴雪其實還是說的蠻含糊的 XD
他沒有很強烈的阻止這種方式, 或是進一步去掃蕩
只是這種方式如果未來造成問題, 玩家要自行承擔
但有個很重要的點, 資料必須真實存在, 不能虛構亂造 (即使未必符合玩家的真實情況)
虛構亂造的資料是不符合玩家規範, 會被關帳
