Aus dem deutschen Community Team hat sich nun Gnorog gemeldet und diese beiden noch offenen Fragen beantwortet.
Den Gerüchten zum Trotz möchte ich euch mitteilen, dass die deutsche Version von Diablo III ungeschnitten erscheinen wird und vom Inhalt identlisch mit der US-Version ist, natürlich mit dem Unterschied, dass die Version auf Deutsch sein wird. Die Collector's Edition wird natürlich auch auf Deutsch verfügbar sein. Diablo III hat von der USK die Einstufung 16+ erhalten.

That means, do you had to made two others to get two items of " Diablo III - Collector's Edition (uncut)".
Unfortunately we cannot consolidate these orders into one order, because of limited quantities!
If you want the two Items, then do you have to pay the shipping fee per order.

For future reference, to consolidate orders online, you may also visit "Mein Konto" and follow these steps:
1 Click on the "Mein Konto" link at the top of our homepage (http://www.amazon.de/mein-konto),
then go to "Offene Bestellungen anzeigen".
2 Sign in with your e-mail address and password, then click the "Weiter (über den Sicherheitsserver)" button.
3 If your open orders are indeed combinable you'll find the link "Bestellungen zusammenfügen"
(=Combine Orders) at the top.
4 Then activate the boxes underneath "Bestellungen zusammenfügen" opposite each
of the open orders that you wish to combine and the "Weiter" button to confirm the changes.
