Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Amazon.de.
Please be assured that we understand that you would like to combine two orders. I have reviewed our previous correspondence and your order.
Please understand that the information provided in our last message correctly represents our policy at this time.
As my colleague previously mentioned, "You may combine any orders, with the following exceptions:
* Orders that contain items that are pre-ordered
* Orders that have already entered the shipping process
* Orders for Gift Certificates
* Replacement orders generated by our customer service department
* Orders paid by more than one promotional gift certificate (Orders
paid by Amazon.de gift certificates that have been bought on our
website can still be combined).
* Orders placed on other Amazon Web sites
* Retail orders with Amazon.de Marketplace or Auction orders".
As for your query regarding the different color sticker. The orange is a PEGI rating , the blue one is a USK rating.
The Pan-European Game Information (PEGI) age rating system was established to help European parents make informed decisions on buying computer games.
The PEGI labels appear on front and back of the packaging indicating one of the following age levels: 3, 7, 12, 16 and 18. They provide a reliable indication of the suitability of the game content in terms of protection of minors. The age rating does not take into account the difficulty level or skills required to play a game.
There is no difference in the game content , or the collectors edition content. It is just a different age rating from the normal German USK rating.
Thank you for your understanding. We hope to see you again at Amazon.de.
Warmest regards
Nick Askew
