我今天也中招了......能否請教一下大大您跟客服的溝通過程?

建議你證件那些還是一次給齊會比較好喔...

最近 BN 處理的速度越來越慢 大概是案件太多

AMI 兩三天 我是等了四天 死囝仔埔大看來也是超過四天

我想你不會想因為缺件又要等額外的四天吧
客服昨天回我了,但他叫我去看FAQ,說如果找不到答案再重新Open回報單,
我要暈倒了...重排中...

回報單的內容大概是
I want to change country in my battlenet account.

The tip told me:
Your country of residence determines various settings, such as which products are offered for purchase. To change this setting, please contact Customer Support.

my account name: 我的帳號
my name: 我的中文名字
New Country: Taiwan

然後附件有附上身分證正反面包含地址

然後美國客服回了我

然後又過了三四天,今天的回覆跟上次的一模一樣,我都暈了
已經用快兩個禮拜了,現在繼續在重排中,哈哈
我也跟大大得到一樣的回應 太扯了吧 有沒有申訴管道阿
看來客服已經電話接到手軟了
Web 已經擺爛了 兩位大大只能繼續加油了...
