小弟因為手癢,在玩Glu的 blood and glory時,看到畫面做得很精緻,所以忍不住用andriod market的付款機制刷了購買glu credit的錢,總共三筆:
1.$99.9
2.$9.99
3.$19.99
結果只有最小金額的點數有進來,1和3都是付款完後,遊戲就當掉重開,重開後點數沒有進來,我當天就寫信去問遊戲開發商了,他的回答是這樣:

Unfortunately Blood & Glory was not built with a system of gifting in-game currency from our servers so we cannot send currency and we cannot do refunds. If Google Checkout confirmed with an email that your transaction was completed then the currency was sent to your device. If you still did not receive it, We recommend that you seek resolution through your bank or issuing creditor.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

這算什麼回答?要我去找Google或銀行?
我打去銀行問過了,他推給google,問題是:
1.我有什麼東西可以跟Google證明我沒收到遊戲點數要刷退?
2.我看了google的客服中心,半天都找不到相關的客服聯絡方式與回應?
現在簡直就是把錢丟到水里,求助無門啊...這樣以後我也不太敢用手機消費了,風險好高!
您要不要先看一下Gmail信箱,如果有成功購買,Google應該會寄一封收據給您
再者,信用卡的發行銀行那邊也應該會有扣款的資料(如果有成功購買的話)
如果這二邊都確認有成功付款,卻沒收到該有的遊戲幣,再向遊戲商抗議也不遲
因為看您的敘述,似乎並沒有做這二個動作,您認為刷卡成功,可是有時候認為跟現實是二回事

樓上的兄台,這兩個標準動作我都做了,銀行確認已經扣款,我要刷退他要我去找GOOGLE,而GOOGLE也發給我收到扣款成功的確認信,唯一的問題就是,我手機裡的遊戲,沒有收到點數,而我無法證明...所以才傷腦筋啊
