First of all, thank you for your order - we genuinely appreciate your support and trust.
We wanted to have the bells in your hands by now, and have heard some of your justifiable frustrations so want to explain the hold up.
We identified a quality issue with a small number of small bells. There was a problem with one part - a spring – and this meant the bell thudded, rather than "chimed”. So we stopped shipments to our Kickstarter backers in order to fix it. Unfortunately your LARGE bell order was part of the shipping batch of bells that we weren’t happy with. We have now separated your bell from this batch and are ready to ship. Therefore, you will be receiving a tracking number email later this week once we have confirmation from our fulfilment partner that the bell is on its way.
(Pls note that once you receive your tracking number, it may be 1 or 2 days before the tracking number is actually activated online with the postal service).
We realise this isn’t the timing you want and are sincerely sorry, but we trust you would rather know the detail.
