Regarding the claim on your frame that cracked. We always make the utmost effort to make a fair and just decision, even in cases of doubt. Just to let you know that we are now working with our Distributor in Taiwan to reassess the warranty claim that was put in on this frame. Once the decision has been reached, we will let you know immediately.
Totally agree. You need to ask the possibility to send your bike frame back to their facility on your own cost. Or a third party facility that can investigate this case objectively. Since the Taiwan agency has investigated this case and reviewed the responses of this thread. There is no chance for a fair exam from the same agency.
