請問這是詐騙嗎

小弟在拍賣上賣1台7d相機+鏡頭,來了國外買家要買,收到以下回復,請問會是詐騙嗎,若確定收到錢再寄出,會有其他問題嗎,而且小弟我也沒po相片,他都沒看過,也沒問我快門數等,覺得好奇怪,請問可以賣嗎?謝謝
