1.一開始就要弄對: " Returns and Refund" 跟 " received damaged, Defective or Wrong item" 應該是不同的處理部門,處理方式也不同,承辦人依照SOP做自己權限內的事,若已經進了他們的系統流程,要再變更可能會比較麻煩。以我的例子原來是選 " Returns and Refund" ,他們就說要把原片退回去,回覆 mail 的時間很快,幾分鐘而已。後來我轉選" received damaged, Defective or Wrong item",幾次交手回覆也是很快但承辦人不同,最後我使出無賴大絕招,他們花了 13 個小時才回信,答應我保留原片,另一位先生的署名。顯然是在部門協調,變更原來已經做好的決定。為了不要造成別人及自己的困擾,開始就要弄對選項才好。(版上大大的經驗是第一次就選 " received damaged, Defective or Wrong item"二話不說就換,不用寄回)---當然是真的損壞才這樣反映較好
