借版面吐一下苦水

第一次在amazon.uk訂東西結果沒收到

上次感恩節時訂了Jurassic Park Ultimate Trilogy 和其他兩片BD

結果過了兩週還沒收到

寫e-mail去要求重寄

他們要我多等一個星期，同時退了我6.xx英鎊表示歉意

結果一星期過了，還是沒收到 (我朋友說：不會是寄到泰國了吧

)

今天再度寫e-mail去詢問

他們願意無條件再補寄一份給我

只是Jurassic Park Ultimate Trilogy 已經沒存貨了

要改退費

雖然amazon的服務不錯

但真的很悲劇了

不知道寄丟的東西到底去哪了點點點

沒想到他們這麼快就同意退費
我都是乖乖的等
目前沒有遺失過的經驗
收到凹掉的鐵盒到是很多

The estimated delivery date given for this order was 19 December 2011.

不好意思插個話，今年感恩節是11/24，聖誕節是12/25(of course!).

我的包裹是12/7寄出，預計12/20收到。如果沒收到，可能等新年之後再反應吧！
