roaming 時BIS 為什麼會停止

請問各位達人,

我正在德國roaming. 前二天 bis 的pushing meail 都ok. 可是第3天斧停止了. 後來打電話到台哥大請啟重新開啟. 後尺收到了 Activate account letter 又正常運做了. 請問是為什麼...謝謝

os. 打到台哥大的電話費可能比我roaming的費用還多吧....

2小候 BIS 又 disconnect.....why ???
