Z10 刷10.2.0.1761版本無法登入Facebook

板上各位BB Z10前輩

想請問一下各位刷完10.2.0.1761版之後有遇到facebook無法登入的狀況嗎?

有在網路上找到解決問題的方式,但看不太懂該如何操作

請問有前輩可以解說一下嗎?

不是很清楚"install OS and start fresh"該如何操作,是在電腦上用Blackberry Links還是直接在手機上運做呢??

有試過uninstall facebook 然後從Blackberry World重新下載,安裝,但還是無法成功

希望有大大可以提供解決方法
