there are 2 keys are not running well. It has been replace new one by X-Phone at Taipei, but I am not satisfy with their technical support. I appreciate it if you have the other solution.
Sorry but I have no idea how to help you here. I'm actually not a carrier nor an expert of BB phone. just simply looking for people's experiences of BB Q10.
