想請教各位大大
小弟想在CLOVE 訂購Q10跟配件
但是需要地址認證,
各位前輩有說過~
直接COPY護照或是信用卡帳單(有地址)回傳即可
但是小弟戶籍地址B跟居住地址A不一樣
小弟的問題來了
填單時 BILL地址我是留地址A(信用卡地址)
信用卡帳單地址是A 但是護照地址是B(戶籍地)
但是結帳完 CLOVE要求地址認證
這樣的話 我該如何處理?
將AB一起COPY寄給CLOVE?
是否在信中該說明戶籍地跟帳單地址不同?
這樣還能訂購嗎?

B) Please note that you will need to do this if we are NOT delivering to the registered card holder address.
You can contact your card issuer for the Authorisation Code relating to your transaction with Clove. There is a unique code for every card transaction and your card issuer will only give this information to the card holder. We can see this code on your transaction and when you confirm it to us via email, phone or fax, your order will be security cleared. Alternatively, if you have used an American Express card, you can provide us with your full card number (we only have access to part of it) so that we can call them to verify that they hold details of the delivery address given.
去跟你的信用卡服務部要你的此筆交易的授權碼. 再把授權碼email 或是打電話給Clove即可...
