Im a newbie i would like buy a BB9900 but i have a few question.
I know BB need BIS plan, but is the 3rd party apps(watsapp,faceebook,MSN..) use BIS too?
Is there any method disable BB9900 GPRS data usage, which all apps use BIS data? or disable BB9900 BIS?

First, MSN, facebook is not 3rd party app, their require BIS.
And your issue is not an issue regarding the BIS data plan in Taiwan force you to
apply the unlimited data BIS or you could just pay more than NTD 990.

that why im looking a method disable it GPRS....
Android is not my cup of tea, my wife using it and complain it all the time. my self im using ip4 + nokia e71.....
