我裝了Network traffic control 但打不開，不知道是9800不支援還是怎樣。

不知道各位用過哪套軟體方便呢？free or paid皆可感恩

小弟是使用9500，也有裝network traffic control這套軟體，一開始也是開不起來，後來爬文之後才知道，要把整個環境設成英文就可以了，提供你參考！

Yes...we have to set up Eng. language then we can use it.
meanwhile, I also reported to S4BB, they might revise this BUG..
