門市人員說幫我送回聯強,因為是新品,所以也沒想太多!
今天下午收到聯強簡訊說,維修需要負擔費用,請與客服聯絡???
不是新的嗎? 要花錢維修? 天阿?




經詢問後,聯強客服說SIM卡插槽內接腳損壞,說可能是插入不該插的卡片?
挖挖哇..... 有哪一種卡是將子的? 誰會這樣玩新買的手機?
我跟她說,插槽外有鐵片保護,接腳損壞,差錯卡???
聽台哥大直營門市人員說,聯強報了一個很離譜的維修費用....他不敢跟我說.....
請問各位先進,給一些建議吧?

我只有聯強的維修單號: 因為他要向我收錢,所以有單號
