1.按手機左上邊中間那個音量放大鍵就好啦。
2.筆電(或其他devices)要聯iphone 6S熱點時，iphone 6S 進入iphone 設定裡面，個人熱點設定那畫面，這樣最快。如果還覺得慢就關開一下個人熱點。
iOS 這樣設計，應該是省電考量。方便性而言當然不如android 的個人熱點隨時掛在哪等著其他設備來聯方便。但對提供熱點的"devices"而言，這樣的機制在電池省電效益上比較好。iOS/Android 機制各有優缺點，我自已出國是帶淘汰下來Android手機當熱點分享器用，不用淘汰下來的4S。

you are welcome.
The reason why enter the "hotspot Setting menu" is to tell iOS to active hotspot into the standby mode for other devices to connect immediately. Otherwise the iOS hotspot will not executing very vivid for power saving reason.
Turn Off/On the hotspot is base on same technique reason becasue hotspot will be in the "waiting for connect mode" when it's just being turning on.
BTW, no need to turn off the hotspot when you don't need it. The iOS hotspot mechanism is being excellent design for power saving. Turn off the hotspot won't make any quantifiable difference in battery lasting time per-full charge.

You are right. I have re-try it last night follow your instruction. Just go to the iPhone Personal Hotspot Turn/On settings screen and do NOT change any screen. At this moment, it is easy to detect my iPhone Wi-Fi.
