app退款問題

小弟爬文後，按回報問題會跳到apple的回報問題網站，但是每次登入都是顯示Sorry your session has expired. Please sign in again using your Apple ID account name and password
我也刪過cookie和紀錄，但還是一樣

有大大知道原因嗎

有幾個可能：
●已過退款期限。
●AppleID或密碼錯誤。

如果排除以上問題，還是無法進行，
就致電Apple App吧！
