我申請APP退費,可是我看不懂回信到底是不是給我退了

Greetings from iTunes Store Customer Support. I hope your day is going well. My name is Jayson and I will be assisting you today. I understand that you accidentally made a purchase from the application Clash of Clans and would like to be refunded. I'll be glad to assist you with this matter.

I checked your account and it looks like the purchase "Chest of Gems" was purchased from within the application "Clash of Clans" on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. This is called an "In-App Purchase". For information on this type of purchase, check out this article:

I understand that the purchase of "Chest of Gems" was unintentional. In five to seven business days, a credit of 2990.00 TWD, plus any applicable taxes, should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.

Please note that this is a one-time exception, as the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions state that all sales are final.

If you would like to prevent In-App Purchases from being made in the future, you can block them on any of your iOS devices. Follow these steps for each device:

1) Tap Settings on your device's home screen.

2) Tap General.

3) Tap Restrictions.

4) If necessary, tap Enable Restrictions and enter a passcode. This passcode will prevent restrictions from being disabled without your permission.

5) Scroll down to the Allowed Content section. Switch the In-App Purchases option to OFF. Enter your Restrictions passcode if prompted.

我猜他想表達的是這次幫你退費是破例,沒有下一次!

我是覺得可以先放心,但最後若還是被收費的話我想我也

我是覺得可以先放心,但最後若還是被收費的話我想我也...(恕刪)



謝謝大大,一時失心瘋刷了3千後悔
確定幫您退了,不用急,我上次看信用卡帳單是下個月才入帳。
另外itunes的客服您直接寫中文就好了,會有中文的服務員寫信跟您溝通,如果寫英文就像這般是英語系的課服跟您說一大堆,甚至要求您回信確認。使用善長的語言溝通比較不會出問題。

他還有教你如何關閉 In-App Purchase 的動作。
看金額樓主應該是刷了"三國來了"的8100元寶
當初也掙扎很久....無奈還是刷下去了...刷了還想在刷
但是我退費不用3天就刷退了耶!而且還是台灣這邊回信,刷退後還來信確認是否收到退款,整個就肝心

這是他們制式的回覆,我以前退也是一模一樣的回應。但是基本上你如果沒有太誇張,至少講的好像是正當理由的話,其實下次他還是會給你退的(我退過多次了)。
