請問有在 itunes 裡購買過影片的朋友，如果在一個 iPhone 中購買過的影片，用同一個 Apple ID 在 iPad 下載同一個影片是否需要再資付費？因為在不同的 iDevice 的 itunes 中他的選項不是下載，而是顯示價錢。

我在上午11點時於筆電上購買，但看一半由於到到客廳看家，所以下午一點又用iPad買了一次（此時我筆電上還在下載，並還沒看完），所以請客服處理重複的問題。

After reviewing the circumstances of your case, we determined that issuing you a refund for your duplicate purchase is an appropriate exception to the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final.
In five to seven business days, a credit of 60.00 should be posted to the credit card that appears on your receipt for that purchase.
If your duplicate purchase was the result of receiving an error when downloading the first purchase, please note that it is best not to repurchase the item since it is probably still awaiting download in your account.
