99/12/15 寫信去申請退款,幾次往返後,客服回了以下內容給我就再無消息

後來99/12/29 又寫信去詢問何時會退款,換了個客服回信來,但仍是回覆如上的內容給我
請問有申請退款經驗的各位,這樣客套又制式的回信內容是表示不會退款了嗎?
