(SGP已回覆退款)有關SGP網站取消訂單但仍被扣款問題!請幫幫我!

本人於10/2 於SGP網站上購買商品,10/3請SGP取消!
10/5 SGP回覆取消訂單完成。

但收到信用卡帳單時,卻發現已被扣款,無刷退的紀錄!(已跟發卡銀行確認過)

11/1 時發MAIL給SGP服務信箱,卻回覆表示商品已於10/13 寄至一個我不認識的地址!
至今我已再詢問發過3次EMAIL請SGP回覆!

但無任何消息! 想請問各位,我還可以採取何種動作處理?

溝通上真的很困難
Send her back your order information or email reciept. Tell her to look at the address,that you live in Taiwan, not Netherlands. Also gather the proof that you've canceled the order, basically screen grab every email you had sent and received to and from them, and send as proof. They'll learn to "look up" the right status next time, hopefully. Be polite the first time you send the email, if they don't reply or deny the transaction, be tough and use very direct and serious tone with them.

Or call them using google voice.

That's my suggestion.

2.已將訂單取消的資料抓下且再次EMAIL告知
3.已嚴正說明並請SGP回覆

但除了這封回覆之外,其他MAIL都石沉大海!
不知是否有其他投訴的管道(如台灣的消基會OR NCC....)
國外繳費一定要用paypal,我也是sgp沒收到,但跟paypal反映等兩個月錢還我了,5200...
你大概只能拿資料去跟銀行喬喬看 能不能列為爭議款項 不付

坦白講 國外的消費糾紛 台灣很難管
我之前訂購別的產品也有類似的問題

苦主請您將 您寄去給SGP的取消信件以及對方回覆說已取消訂購的email保留好

給銀行的單位當作證明


我之前是差這個資料 所以沒有取消成功


銀行會跟你確認 如果確實已經有取消成功的信件當作證明

會由銀行來跟公司退款


時間上當然會久一點 耐心一點 !!
