「Open Task Manager, click "Show processes from all users" and find the AppleMobileDeviceService.exe process. Right clicked on it and choose Properties, then change to the Compatibility tab. Change the compatibility mode to Vista SP2 and tick Run this program as an administrator.
Either restart the service, or if your not sure about that restart your PC.」
