這個which 用的不合理也不合文法。我也想不出來這兩個子句怎麼連結在一起。
可能是改成這樣：

I' m emailing you about the iPhone found by my parents while they're traveling to xxxxx .
However, they had no other alternative choice but to leave it at the Lost & Found center due to travel schedule, (語意錯誤吧？but 要拿掉語意才正確，但是還是不太通順)
Finally, they decided to bring it back to Taiwan. 

另外，

Please let me know where I could send it back, and mail you ASAP.
