他保固條件寫是這樣寫
但是很多官方 Genius 自己也搞不清楚
先前我的 澳洲版白色 裂開，拿去英國伯明罕的 Apple Store 請他幫忙看看
結果那英國 Genius 刷完條碼後，居然拿了一台新機打算換給我
但是只能換鎖英國當地電信業者（O2）的 iPhone 3G
我還特地確認了一遍「我的是 澳洲致電解鎖機，你換給我的是英版鎖 O2 的機器嗎？」
對方就一臉「是啊，愛換不會隨你」...
事後上網用序號查詢維修狀態，還會顯示「客戶要求中止維修」之類的訊息
代表澳洲機器的條碼，拿去英國的 Apple Store 也是可以刷過的
在 Apple 的維修系統裡，根本沒有檢查機器國籍的機制
不過我想這只是個案，碰到了個兩光的 Genius
依照規定是不能跨國更換的
