別再傻傻的購買 iBear 4.0~

我也是買不到一個月,也寫信去退款了

文章一串看下來,只能說軟體作者處理的不夠好,就像微軟OFFICE一樣,提供回溯一定時間內購買的使用者免費升級新版,小弟就是利用這樣買到便宜的2010版(WINDOWS的),要是作者能參考一樣提供回溯一定時間內購買的使用者免費升級5.0,相信反彈聲浪會小很多。
我也成功退費了,iBear 有好的軟體,我一定支持付費購買,但他現在這種小動作,我實在不能接受
不管有什麼理由,這種惡劣的手法,是應該受到唾棄的,APPLE也應該對這種沒有商業道德的公司進行處理,維護廣大消費者的權益,我支持使用者付費,使用正版軟體,但不是把我們當凱子與傻子!

這個軟體,目前我是對它又愛又恨....................

我有買 ipad 版也有買 iphone 的4.0版 (已經用了三個月)

非常非常不爽,本來 ipad 版可以和 iphone版用藍芽通訊備份。

結果ipad 版一更新之後變成不支援 iphone 上的4.0.9版....................... 這會不會太誇張了呀!

雖然我還是花了 0.99 買了 5.0版,也不覺得需要去退4.0的款,但這公司這樣的做法,真的是非常非常的差勁
知易行難!人往往追求的不是方法,而是說服自己不再努力的理由!

退費成功

我買超過一個月,似乎也退費成功了? 而且因為之前的訂單無法退費,只好用最近一筆$3.96元的訂單補償我? 是這個意思嗎? Apple實在揪甘心耶!!!

Due to the age of this application purchase, I can no longer access the order it was purchased in to apply a refund for you. To make up to you for it I have refunded a more recent order "MTXXXXXXX." In three to five business days, a credit of $3.96 will be posted to your credit card.

速度還滿快的,不到一天就回信了,讓人感覺真好XD
這個開發商多動作還真多。

我也是在11月底特價購買的,
當時介紹頁面完全沒提及5.0上市等計畫
當5.0版上架,而4.0不再支援更新甚至還下架時,真得覺得很

我已週一也寫信去回應要求退款,都快4天了一點回應都沒有
(難道所在商店不同回應速度也有差別?)
