The company of this software has changed its name and does not supply service of updating. This act led to the loss of my rights of usng this software. Therefore,I would like to ask a refund of USD 0.99

Chung, I understand that the software which you had purchased has changed and does not supply services updating and I have reversed the charge for your in app purchase, which I understand was unintentional.
In three to five business days, a credit of 0.99 USD should be posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.

其實我也沒有提到要退費....
不過apple還是很阿莎力的幫我做了退費(大概太多人去要求退費了吧...)
apple回復的部分內容:
I am sorry to hear that you are unable to upgrade the item Money v4.0.9 to v.5. I know this could be upsetting. I will do my best to solve the issue for you.
Chun, due to some technical reasons the developer has been removed the item from the iTunes Store. Hence, I have reversed the charge of 0.99 USD for the purchase. The credit should be posted within five business days.

把當天買的另一個app "METAL GEAR SOLID TOUCH" 的錢也退給我了

那個軟體我看好像還能用
客服服務太周到,要5毛給一塊
