結果早上apple就回信告我, 他們已經了解情形, 並且完成了退款的流程, 並表示希望以後不會再發生了。
我想我們誤買在先, 即使apple不退費也是合理, 但外國人對買賣的想法應該是希望賓主盡歡, 生意才能長長久久 ,一點小動作就讓客戶覺得很正面, 以品牌的角度來看真的是很值得的, 從某些角度來看或許還是重感情的東方人更有人情味....哈
