我當時操作的流程是這樣：
地區改成「中國大陸」→打開PocketMoney→匯入qif→匯入後PocketMoney要自動關掉→再打開PocketMoney→檢查時間日期對不對→離開PocketMoney→地區改回「臺灣」。
看起來差異是在匯入後我還在地區設定為「中國大陸」的時候再打開了一次。是不是造成的？你要不要試試看？
對了，為了完整清掉舊紀錄（1970那些），建議你PocketMoney從iPhone上移除後再安裝回去比較好。

Go to Settings > General > International > Region Settings > and set your regional setting to China. (This is the date setting that will import the date format in the QIF file of 2009-02-25, correctly).
Once you change this, then run PocketMoney and choose "Restore from desktop..." to reimport your data again. This will the old import and start fresh.
You can change the Region Setting back to Tawain, Hong Kong... whatever you prefer after you import the data.
As for the Chinese-Traditional word problem, the qif file you spb finance exported doesn't seem to have the correct encoding. So when I tried opening it on my desktop computer it wasn't correct either.
