Apple, as defined below, warrants this Apple-branded hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Apple will either (1) repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new parts or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

我的不是iPhone,是iPod
而且是iPod三代...
新的買回來,折開不能開機....就拿去Apple Store修
過了幾天是換了個新(店員說的)的給我
拿回家沒馬上使用...過了幾天...
開機上傳歌...可是傳完後一看
換回來iPod的燈管還是有問題(我是比較我朋友買的同款iPod)
我再拿去修,隔天他們就說是硬體的問題
不會再換新的給我,我是說我才剛換來還沒用只是上傳歌
我說我可以不要新的...可是可以幫我修好嗎?
他們就說沒辦法修....是硬體的問題
我也打去客服跟他們主管說也沒有
心想:明明是iPod硬體的問題,為什麼不能換新的。是我倒霉嗎?
這次就留下不好的印象
題外話:我還是買了iPhone3G
