3G is not popular in NY @ all, T-mobile is gonna roll out in this summer they SAID.
ATT will have it soon too but the plan will be very expensive I believe, currently the cheapest iPlan is US$59.99(EDGE) per month, I don't wanna imagine the 3G plan.
I have been using it since Sept, 2007. Only worth to get it if you gonna jailbreak it for 3rd pt program.

MMS is kind expensive in US, US$0.25 each for the sender and receiver.
I usually email my friend the pic, it is free.
Agree with lahaine, let me know when there is a same kind of phone in the market around the same price too =x

AT&T Data Cell Phone Plans 在費率上沒有將 EDGE 與 HSPA 區隔開來, 而是視為一體
在 HSPA 訊號範圍內以 HSPA 連網, 離開 HSPA 範圍時改以 EDGE 連網
只支援 EDGE 的 iPhone 則即使在 HSPA 的訊號範圍內仍只能以 EDGE 連線

but honestly I dont miss it much with a 400USD difference...
from where I am at (canada) the shitty Rogers is still charging data like 5 dollars for 1mb...I dont miss 3G phones at all...no....lol

Is that including video conference? Anyway...not like I will go back to ATT, I have paid US$3xx for early termination last year...

I signed contract with AT&T last year, and they told me that they will finish 3G network establishment by Oct 2007. This is just a small town in southeast.
"在費率上沒有將 EDGE 與 HSPA 區隔開來, 而是視為一體" means there are no 3G or EDGE plan, they got "Data plan" only. Once you join their data plan, you can use both 3G or EDGE network depands on your local network condition and device.
