My parents found the phone while they were visiting <地點> on <日期, 舉例：Sep. 21, 2019> but they did not know how to take care of it with their poor English so they brought it back home in Taiwan.
Please provide me your home address or the address you can receive the phone along with your full name, and I can send the phone back to you afterwards.
I wish I could have a phone call with you but my English is so poor, especially on listening and speaking. That would be great if we could communicate mainly by Email but I may not reply you promptly because of my poor English; I will try my best to understand you and ask my friend's help to come out the reply email.
