and no apologies needed. 'just tired of reading opinions from people who has not even used the phone. i have just purchase my iphone at the apple store and i can tell you that it's far from perfect......for one, 'can't use ringtone from your itune library is inexcusable. limited settings on the phone...however, there are also some neat features and the os's responsiveness not found in most of the phones i had(i do have a k800i as well. it is a very nice all arounder). and way more responsive than my N95(especially viewing photos). well, i hope someone at apple will resolve some of the software issues and maybe please you the spare battery advocates by offering battery swapping options
