從國外回來後，vpn就一直關不起來，一關掉沒幾秒就又自己開起來...
請問該怎麼做才能完全關掉？

看樣子你有 "VPN On Demand" 的 Profile，只要刪除，應該就沒問題了

中文:

設定 -> 一般 -> 描述檔... -> 設定描述檔 -> "VPN On Demand" -> 刪除描述檔

英文:

Settings -> General -> Profiles & Device Management -> "VPN On Demand" -> Delete Profile

其實也不用真刪除 profile
或有時候就是需要這個 profile，不能刪除 (如公司要求)
所以可以把「按要求連線」關掉就好
