前同事現在在台積電稿 28nm 與 20nm 先進製程的，人家說還在試產而已，明年才會量產，聽起來應該是下一代才有機會用台積電晶片。

It is already known that the new A7 chip that runs in the iPhone 5s, and is expected on one of the new iPads due next month, has been made by Samsung.
