I'm from TAIWAN , I purchased the latest iPhone 4 from Apple in TAIWAN, may I ask you a question ? Why didn't we get the free case as you promised at the press conference ? Is it any different of the iPhone 4 from TAIWAN?
I can remember that you promised us we can get a free case(bumper) by buying the iPhone4 before 30th September !!
All I wish is that the service of iPhone 4 in TAIWAN is treated the same as the iPhone 4 in other places .

And also Foxconn - the biggest OEM of APPLE is from TAIWAN , I appreciated your attention and hope to hear from your reply , thank you .
