想請問一下Steinhart的發貨速度

小弟10/3在steinhart官網上用信用卡購買一支military42,confirmed email 有寄給我,上頭說貨品寄出後會再寄一封email來追蹤快遞，至10月10號什麼都沒有，我回信：

Dear Steinhartwatches,
I've ordered for 1 week but it seems that another email with traced link has not been sent.It could not be better if you tell me approximate arrived time of my watch.My order number is #20000xxxx.Thank you so much.

但過了一天依然石沉大海，這是正常的嗎？我應該打電話到德國辦公室嗎？謝謝大家的解答了。
