I have a Pam 112G and I have small wrist, too (my wrist is slightly wider than the watch face, the round one, not including the lugs).
I think this only emphasizes the "big" of the watch. I used to see pictures on ladies wearing the 44mm Pam and for some reasons, they look even better than man. Guess that's the same reason why it looks good for a female model to wear military uniform (a different feeling).
If a guy has wrist size 10cm, then it does not show how big the watch is, then no one notices it in the crowd.

一天誤差10秒真的是不錯了啦,
"天文台認證"可是在實驗室作調整,
到了國外因為當地溫溼度及時用習慣不同,
會不準是正常的,這也就是機械表可愛的地方嘛!
上次在報章看到有一種可接收日本校正電波的石英錶,
好像是1萬年誤差不超過10秒,
這種表款您就可以考慮看看.
一萬年,等著給後代考古學家挖掘用的嗎,呵呵
