超音波清洗機 最理想的方法 就是用手拿著錶，將錶帶放進去。
這樣就不會讓底槽的震動傳到錶芯。拿著 3- 5分鐘 死不了人。
其實，超音波洗鋼錶帶真的特別適合。
如果用像上面所用的那種小的超音波機 (http://store.pchome.com.tw/codysonshop/M00722063.htm)，我的經驗來說以3分鐘一個循環來說，大概要洗2次，因為藏在錶帶裡面的污垢不容易被清出來。
洗 2 次，拿個紙巾輕輕在錶帶貼近皮膚的那面一擦，就會看到黑色的東西了，非常明顯。
洗完再換水、再洗一個循環就很乾淨了。
牙刷只是刷表面，不可能跟超音波一樣的效果。

Stainless steel, being stainless, is because the chromium in the steel combines with oxygen in the atmosphere to form a thin, invisible layer of chrome-containing oxide, called the passive film.
Chlorine, being one of the halogens that is capable of corroding stainless steel, does well in removing the outer most layer of your stainless steel bracelet, where all the dirts and algae resides.
(OK, chlorine is harmful to Stainless steel. But the concentration level in the pool seems to be just right for the job.
)Also, remember to rinse it thoroughly after the cleaning.
