Dear Sir,
Could you kindly send us your delivery address in Latin letters? Thank you in advance. The problem is – our FedEx (in Germany) cannot recognize the Chinese/Taiwanese Letters. Therefore we need to enter the delivery address written in Latin letters. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
