Personally, I don't think it is a quality time piece. Don't get me wrong, it is not that bad for the price you pay, but overall, you can find better ones than Steinhart. The movements they used, if it does not have a clear case back, are unpolished and un-adjusted ETAs, so you may get one that is very accurate, but others are off a lot.
The question is really if you like the watch that much. If you do, then go for it. However, if you just like the way it looks because it similar to more established brands, then my advise for you is saving your money now and but the real thing at a later stage.
