肯定是有人惡意刷退或造假還不是遇過一次
發卡行也沒有加入國際保障(保險)機制,這對亞洲銀行很多如此,所以他們得不到保障才做這種要求
還需要人家給什麼其他解釋??
只有配合他們或是請他們解除訂單這兩種方式,覺得麻煩就取消,或是請你的發卡行加入國際保險機制,或用這家信用卡以後出國去刷可能會被不少店家拒絕收卡
在沒確定訂單是有保障下,這訂單肯定是擱置等待處理後才進行確定沒問題才開始備貨,時間只是拖得更久
相信自己當賣方遇到沒保障時也不會出貨及處理的
