信用卡當天就順利扣款,我跟華南客服double check扣款沒問題
今天突然收到email如下

Unfortunately, there is a little difference in your credit card payment. The payment has been done with a Visa Card. The liability shift is no and this means that the payment is not insured by the credit card company.
As we made bad experiences in the past with a few customers and their credit card payments we kindly ask you to send us a copy of your credit card.
