只要你在德國DHL網頁查詢之後 得到的"CLxxxxxxxxxDE"這組號碼
不能在中華郵政iPOST上面查到資料 就代表DHL出包了!!!
就要寫信叫Kidsroom趕快去幫你追查~
再來是我發現蚊帳不能跟遮陽蓋配合使用 所以寫信去問
因為遮陽蓋上面沒有拉鍊(2012年版)

後來得知season set只符合2011年以前的Buzz版本

反正Kidsroom是退錢了....
最後Zapp Xtra已經寄出了 我家小鬼的跑車終於要到齊了!!!
等收到東西再來疊疊樂回報大家~

我:I tracked my shipment by DHL code: 225250xxxxxx, and found out that it was sent to a wrong country. Now the package is in China.Can you please help me to solve this problem as soon as you can? I really appreciate your help.
德:Thanks a lot for your email. Could you give us your order number please? Then we will start an investigation at the DHL.
我:My order no. is xxxxxx created on 27/07/2012
You diveide my order into two parts.(17.8kg&5.5kg)
One of them had sent to China.(17.8kg)
Could you help me find that part back and sent to the right country,please.

德:Thanks a lot for your email. We´ve got only a letter from the DHL. That the investigation is in process. Unfortunately the investigation takes until to 6 weeks. :( Unfortunately we cannot more do as to wait at the moment.

1.Quinny Buzz 3 stroller 2012.(Order no.6030-73430)
2.Quinny footmuff for buzz.(Order no.6060-73492)
3.Quinny season set for buzz(Order no. 70000000)
4.Maxi-cosi Baby car seat Cabriofix 2012 (Order no. 61705-53174 )
they were send to Taiwan in two package.(DHL Trace no.:225250xxxxxx&225250oooooo)
But i didn't got the commodity as follow:
1.Quinny Buggy Zapp Xtra 2012(Order no.72905-72291)
2.Quinny Zapp Xtra safety bar 2012 (Order no. 77200000)
My Order no. is xxxxxx and i had already pay for it! I get some angry and disappointed about your service.You borke my good impression of Germany! And i found the Quinny season set can not combine with the Buzz3's sun canopy. The Mosquito net & the Winstoppers has the zippers but the canopy without the zipper.It is a Big problem!!! I hope that you can give me a satisfactory answer. thanks
德:Thanks a lot for your email. Unfortunately the Quinny Zapp Xtra safety bar 2012 had a delivery delay. But we´ve got finally the delivery from Quinny with the safety bars today. Please look in your order confirmation, the safety bar was indicated with a delivery time of approx. 6 weeks.
德:We´ve got the information from the DHL, that you have received the parcel on the 5th of September. Is this true?
我:Yes, I had got revived the parcel. And i found the Quinny season set can not combine with the Buzz3's sun canopy.The Mosquito net & the Winstoppers has the zippers but the canopy without the zipper. I found the Buzz3' sun canopy different from the photo on the kidsroom's shopping web page.

我:Yes, I can not use the season set at all. Because the canopy has no zippers to fit the season set.
德:Thanks a lot for your reply. We will return the money for the season set 19.32 Euro back to your credit card. We apologize for all inconveniences.
我:It's not a good way to return the money back to me. I still can not use the season set at all. It can not fit to the canopy and it just like a useless trash. Maybe you can sent another canopy to me which can fit to the season set replace to return the money back. I will feel more better~
德:There is not other canopy. The season set is only suitable for the Buzz before 2011. Unfortunately we haven´t known this.
