10/8下訂Britax 推車跟安全座椅，11/1才拿到DHL的Tracking Number，推車從有UPU code就可以在
中華郵政裡面查詢到，安全座椅就沒有資料，結果就是推車直送台灣在11/14拿到，安全座椅11/9被
送到大陸去，中間寫信去問Kidsroom 跟直接打電話去DHL DE問，都說快從大陸轉運到台灣，
到今天才拿到安全座椅，一看到箱子快昏倒。
DHL DE 給我的感覺很爛，打電話去都是德語語音導航，直到某次不小心按進去有人接起來，才問可以用
英文嗎? 而且還會有機率碰到不會講英文的，只好再打一次換另一個人。

拿出來裡面倒是還蠻完整的
安全座椅都沒有損傷
天阿~東西送來了完全不是我訂的東西，有人有經驗嗎？這要怎麼退貨，幫忙提供一下退貨方式感謝
