用AAA logo等軟體圖庫設計出來的logo版權歸屬是誰呢?
這類的軟體內建百種以上的簡單幾何圖形或是日常生活物品的圖形.
用來設計logo或是圖片.使用到內建的圖檔所設計出來的logo版權是屬於誰的?
因為軟體是消費者花費購買,又是消費者自行利用軟體內建的圖檔排列設計修改,並加上顏色,文字,所以版權屬於消費者?
還是,該軟體內建的圖檔(也就是所謂的素材)版權都是屬於該軟體公司,所以設計出來的logo會有版權歸屬問題?
有沒有人懂這方面的呢?
