Lets calculate how much this is a scam. Liquid nitrogen has 200kJ/kg heat of evaporation at -200 degree Celsius. To get to 0 degrees it takes about 200kJ/kg to get to 0 degrees Celsius (specific heat is ~1 kJ/kg).
So evaporating 1 kg of liquid nitrogen and cooling air to 0 degrees only absorbs 400kJ which is only 0.11 kWh. It "caries" (read takes) surprisingly little energy compared to water which takes 0.64 kWh per kg evaporated.
Now, a regular indoor split A/C has a rated cooling power of say 3 kilowatt. This device seems personal and sized like that and since it is outdoors it definitely would need similar cooling power.
So each hour it would consume 30 kg of nitrogen or 30 dollars per hour. You would probably have to replace the canister every hour. Price of nitrogen for small quantities would quickly be 1$ per kg.
Finally making liquid nitrogen will be done using energy at the plant itself and is only 50 pct efficient. So for each kW of cooling capacity it takes 2 kW. While for conventional A/C it takes 1kW for 3-4kW of cooling power.
So I hope this is the last we have heard from this disgusting product!
